Scope of Services
- Preliminary Survey
The preliminary survey is the first step to decide how to proceed with the project. The preliminarily survey includes scoping, and cost estimation. Our works will also assist the client on deciding how to proceed in the next steps.
- Master Plan Study
Master plan study will define the macro development potential of any given area or sector. The framework, the components of the project, phasing implementation, and cost estimation will be systematically delineated.
- Feasibility Study
The project feasibility study is to analyse alternatives of projects schemes based on suitability in terms of engineering, environment and economic perspectives.
- Environmental Study
With awareness of the world’s current conditions of environment and the law stipulation, the environmental works are pre-requisite in every project development. Such works include environmental impact study, monitoring and evaluation, and environmental management program
- Detailed Design and Preparation of Tender Documents
At this stage, Construction Drawings, Bill of Quantities and cost estimation, standard/specification, and method of construction will be provided for the client to use for construction bidding process. Our latest version of computer programs for detailed design and calculation are the basic tool used in this stage of service.
- Assistance in Bidding Process
We assist our clients in all steps of Bidding Process; defining pre-qualification for domestic and international bidders, bid evaluation and the ranking of bidders in terms of technical and cost will be recommended for project owner to assist in the selection of the most suitable bidders.
- Project Management and Construction Supervision
This service generally involves the project management from project initiation through construction supervision. Also involved are the tasks on direct supervision of suppliers, inspection of the completed work and preparation of certificate of completion.
- Public Relations and Public Participation
TEAM has expertise in strategic planning and implementation of public consultation, public participation, and preparation of media with the aim to create common understanding among stakeholders in each development projects. Activities include project orientation, dissemination of news and information via mass media, focus group meeting and meeting with community and opinion leaders, and press conference. Public hearing will also be arranged if required by the project and the public, to participate in decision-making process.
- Turnkey (Design-Build)
Turnkey project is an urgent project that needs to be completed within a time constraint period. Therefore, it will be fast track process starting from design to construction and operation.
TEAM carries out this kind of projects with full competence. We will be responsible for the project management, teamwork organization, survey design and construction planning, coordination with contractor in construction and management, technical coordination with the client from the beginning stage of the project up to the construction completion, and commissioning of operation.
